Reality MBA grows, develops, grooms and positions quality individuals who demonstrate outstanding leadership, entrepreneurial, business and most important people skills in becoming the next generation of Chief Executive. These individuals enter the Reality MBA program with the expectation of being hired as a Chief Executive of a small or mid sized company.
The Reality MBA Program attracts executives, professionals and MBA’s, who have achieved academic excellence; are people and process driven; have natural business and entrepreneurial instincts; plus natural leadership ability; but lack the real hands on experience that is critical to becoming an outstanding Chief Executive.
Graduates of the Reality MBA Program enter the Chief Executives in Training program to prepare them to be placed as an apprentice Chief Executives. The Chief Executive apprentice will shadow the exiting Chief Executive to ensure a seamless and successful succession transition.
Chief Executives in Training ensures that all graduates from the Reality MBA Program will be set up to succeed not fail as Chief Executives.
